My only complaint is that the items i order are not free shipping but $10 for shipping isn't too bad given the huge savings on the meds from northwestpharmacy.com. Not sure why you didn't see the notice in all the checkout screens saying that orders were delayed during the holiday season because of more mail coming into the usa and the new security screening of that mail.
