I bought a Gerry Vacuum Cleaner less than a year ago and it actually fell apart.I wanted to send it back, but they wanted $80 each way for shipping and handling and I refuse to give it to them.When they advertised it they said, "No questions asked we will send you a new one:Well, they didn`t mention the S&H then.I`ll never buy another vacuum through the mail!!! read full review »
