Negative Escrow Amount of $1, 771.77 was added to may account for insurance. I contacted 21st and told them I have always paid for my insurance through a private company. The account supervisor told me to provide the Declarations Pages covering the dates in question and the negative escrow would be removed. I provided the required Declarations Pages and 21st Mortgage is refusing to remove the negative escrow.
