I had used Carol, the manager of the hair salon for a color and style and was satisfied. On 1/7/11, I signed in at around 10:00am and ended up waiting well over and hour and a half before she started a spiral perm for my fine hair that would be wash and wear (she said). I was left sitting with a wet head freezing as the room was cold and so was the permanent solution she put on my hair.
