I bought a book on December 24th and the deadline was set to 6-11business days. Well, the book was supposed to be shipped on the 26th (of course there was no delay in charging it) and they gave me a tracking number. They say on their site that this number is either Fedex or UPS. Well, from the very beginning I tried to track my book and noticed the number was not valid for these companies.
