I also received phone calls from a guy calling himself ron williams on the first message then roger williams on his next phone call. He was rude and claimed to be associated with california law group. Same thing as the oter post i read said to pay some amount around $850 or the cops would be at my house tomorrow with the subpeona. He also stated that if i did go to court and could not prove that i did not take out this loan i would be responsible for the 8000 plus other thousands in fees.
