Well after being a customer for 9 years with never missing a payment or being late, this company sent me a letter stating that they are raising my interest rate from 6 percent to 16.5 percent because of the economic situation. I called and talked to their $3.00 a day/very poor speaking Indian woman who could not believe that I would even question this move on Capital One's part.
