Requested wiring of 15 circuits - Russ Slaughter provided a fixed price to include all work. He requested payments beyond the $2000 down payment before work was complete. I paid 1/2 of remaining balance with promise to have job finished. He returned, disputed amount of work remaining, however finally agreed in front of his employees that the requests I made were in the original price.
