On Sept. 3, 2010, Clozermatic service people gave a $433 estimate for the replacement of a garage door panel and new key pad. They required a $200 deposit to place the order for parts which we wrote at that time. Since then, five different appointments were made for the repair and each time, no one showed. Our contact at Clozermatic, Dana, has consistently been apologetic but this has not resulted in the job we contracted getting done.
