We ordered a custom pool table in July 2008. We were told our table would be delivered in 8 weeks. We paid extra for the "white glove" delivery and assembly service. To make a long story short... it is now Jan. 2009 and we still have not received our pool table. After numerous attempts to contact the company no one has even returned a call or email. The finance compnay that Pool Tables Direct arranged is attempting to resolve the issue. My advice to a potential pool table buyer is to find another dealer. read full review »
