Had a service on a 3 month old dryer scheduled for 12-23 and they promised knowing we had company coming in town. Not only did they cancel last minute on the 23rd but cancelled again on 1-7 at 6pm after three calls throughout the day telling us they were 10 minutes away. After that we were given NO priority and sit here scheduled for THE NEXT AVAILABLE DAY 3 WEEKS FROM NOW! After screwing us twice we get no priority and no sympathy!
