12/10/10 and 12/11/10 I ordered several items from them. Some came, some didn't. I went online today to find out my order status and it said to contact them. They cancelled my order with no notification by email, phone or anything. This was my first shopping experience with them and it will be my last. Customer service by phone said the item was not longer available even though it is still online and they are still selling it in different colors (for a higher price of course).
