At the end of November, we started getting blue screens and our computer was running really slow and shutting down when we ran a scan. So during a late night feeding with my baby I saw a commercial- don't judge any commercial in the middle of the night- I decided Cyber Defender was for us so I downloaded it. When I called to activate, the guy took a look at my computer and said I needed a much larger and more expensive service.
