My experience booking with cruise.com has been completely unsatisfactory and unacceptable. After seeing $100 SBC for Norwegian cruises on www.cruise.com, I booked a cruise with Chrissy at ext 443 in December 2010. She confirmed at least twice during our phone call that my booking did include the $100 SBC and a complimentary bottle of wine.
