I wished that I would have seen these complaints before I tried to order the Pasta boat. I also placed an order for 2 pasta boats, $10 each. Once it was submitted, I received confirmation that the total amount was $40.97!!! I immediately tried to cancel my order. Each day I am told that they can't pull up my order, call back in one to two business days. It has now been a week and then I was told "it can be longer, because they are only open 8 hours a day and closed on weekends, so it can really take up to 8 days!!! I just want to cancel my order, can anyone help? read full review »
