Was interested in purchasing a car from Tokai Multifranchise. Went to see the car on a Tuesday & signed the offer to purchase immediately. Chatted to their 'business manager' Chantel who filled out finance application, etc... long story short, I managed to get better finance myself, so decided to go with mine. That's when the trouble started, out of the woodwork came a delivery fee R 3249, which i wasn't informed of, decided to pay cash & not finance & i'm still waiting for the invoice.
