In October last year i ordered a Comforter set from Homechoice, and in Feb this year received a blue duvet set, the wrong order from them.They had the audacity to still enclose a letter, stating that the item i ordered was out of stock, so they decided to send me a 'CAREFULLY CHOSEN ALTERNATIVE' ( In a different colour) Nobody phoned or emailed me to inform me that the stock was no longer available or to ask if i would accept an alternative.
