Bonitas Medical Aid is supposed to be an excellent medical aid, one of the top 5 in the country( I stand to be corrected), but they have a call centre where calls are almost never answered, no matter if you call at 9 in the morning or 3 in the afternoon! And then when you have to claim your money back, you almost never hear from them about that!But they're very quick to pull their money off your account at the end of the month!what the hell???I don't know how many times I've tried to claim money back from the end of last year... read full review »
