R450 of airtime that I have paid for vanished on 10 Feb. I called the call centre and held on for about 15 minutes while the consultant tried to find the problem. Eventually, I was told that he did not know why the airtime had vanished, but could see that I had not made calls to that value and that he would log a call to have the airtime restored and this should take between 2 - 24 hours.
