My brand new Asus G73JH stopped working suddenly about 91 days after purchase. The display went black when booting the computer. We got an RMA number and sent in the laptop. In the 2 weeks since we shipped the laptop we have heard the following from Asus: Day 1: "We have not received the laptop."
