After making a payment arrangement, I called to change the date 1 week later because money wasn't going to be there in time. I was told by rep to stop payment on my check they can't make any changes. There is 6 days before this payment is about to be taken out by Western Union. That is plenty of time to make the change. I asked for a supervisor. The supervisor advised me to do the same thing.
