Unsolicited telemarkets scammed my 78 year old mother and sent invoice to her for Long Distance when there was no consent to switch from TELUS. I called and complained - they said some Mgr had to review the call before they could credit the whole $18. I verified with TELUS - they said it was switched several months ago but this is the first time a bill was received. They took advantage on an elderly lady ... They belong in Hell. read full review »
