I purchased an Aerogarden for my husband for Christmas. The shipping box was not damaged, but the actual Aerogarden packaging looked like it had been dropped, it was all crushed on one side. The herb kit box was similarly crushed. Upon opening and attempting to assemble the product, we learned that there were no grow lights included. A call to customer service resulted in the explanation that it was a known issue, they'd run short of lights and pirated them from some boxes.
