I received frozen lobster tails as a gift. Decised to have them for New Year's dinner. Cooked them according to instructions. One tail was fine, but my wife's was mealy and awful. I called after the weekend. Spoke with the owner, who treated me like a jerk. Refused to send a tail to replace the bad one.
