The salesaman lied and the company backed him up. I ordered window treatments from a Hunter-Douglas book. I got window treatments from an unkown vender.. The window treatments I got were not of the quality of the Hunter -Douglas product and did not have the Hunter Douglas name on it.. In fact they were a cheap copy. When I called the company they backed up the salesman lies by stating that I had not ordered a Hunter-Douglas product and quoting from code numbers the salesman had put on the contract...
