I ordered a replacement lamp for my projector on 12/2/2010. Here it is 1/11/2011 and I have not received it yet. I wasn't in a hurry to get the lamp, which is why I didn't bother calling them until last week, but this is an extremely insane amount of time to wait for a "light bulb". I only started calling because they finally decided to charge my card on 1/2/2011. I figured since they charged me, it was finally in stock and ready to be shipped. Apparently I was wrong.
