I was to have U-verse installed on November 17, 2008 after I had to reschedule a prior appointment. ATT never showed up and when I called they claimed they never had me scheduled for that date. I then scheduled for December 17, 2008 for a 10 AM-noon window. I spoke to them at 10 AM to confirm the time and everything seemed to be okay. At 12:18 PM, 18 minutes after the window closed, the dispatch center calls me to say they can't make it and I need to re-schedule again. The best they were going to offer was another appointment.
