I bought the glove and sock liners from Activheat website back in October 2010. After we got them, we realized the sock and glove liners didn't work. We sent an email to Activheat Customer Service and they told us to find out whether the problem is the sock and glove liners or battery pack . We did what they told us and emailed them again on what we found. However, they didn't response back. I tried so many times to contact Activheat through emails but no answer.
