MySahpe is an online retailer operating out of California. They are apparently closing down of going into bankruptcy or facing some other difficulties. Despite this fact, they continue to advertise their merchandise without any warning that they will not accept returns or exchanges. In fact, in my communications with them, they agreed to accept the return, provided a pre-printed return label and affirmed that they had received the item.
