I needed a copy of my birth certificate. spoke to six people. could not get through by phone for days at a time. every one lies and tells you they need more documents . a month ago i gave them my credit card. they made me send them, drivers license, regestration, current utility bill, marriage license, they want to know how many times you were married. copies of everything . i know where i was born and my perents names. i have a copy of my original birth certificate also. i am 60 some years old . they lie and i think this is illegal. they have... read full review »
