Oh how I wish I had thought to look up any complaints before I ordered from this company. It seems they make a habit out of charging your card before your items are shipped and then it is up to you, the consumer, to inquire where your items are after weeks of waiting with no communication from them. Like most of the complaints posted here, you find out your items are "out of stock."
