I had authorized a $1.20 SIGN ON FEE, my credit card was then charged another $19.90 fee (which was supposed to be taken from my account NEXT month if I had a chance to read the details of membership and agreed with it), the NEXT charge was for $94 and luckily for me the credit card company sent me an e-mail alert. I called and put a freeze on my account, filed a fraud charge against the CM company (re the $19.90), and filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
