Beautychoice.com ***! I ordered a higher end hairdryer from them as a Christmas gift and noted that it was a returnable item per their policy. However, when the recipient asked me to return the gift, I found out that (a) the free shipping that I received when I ordered the gift was no longer "free" - they charged me a $10 shipping fee by deducting it from my refund; (b) they charged me a 20% restocking fee for the hairdryer even though it hadn't been used; and (c) I had to pay another $18 to return/insure the item to them.
