Our banister has been loose since we have moved in over a year ago. Well, it broke on12/21 off the wall and my husband fell down the stairs. We told them about it when we first moved in but they didn't do anything about it. They still won't and since my husband wasn't hurt seriously enough for them, they won't even pay for the ER bills or his lost time from work. THEY told us to go to the ER and we have no health insurance. Traveler's insurance said it was pretty much our fault and the complex has no recourse. BULL!!! Don't anyone move here, these places are old and management is horrible!! read full review »
