I asked him to quote for an external system; he quoted for both internal and external and when I accepted the quote for the external system but queried the other quote, he insisted the other work must be done. I met with the tenants and resolved that no extra work was needed. I then decided not to contract with Nolan as he had misrepresented the situation and asked for my deposit back. He refused to do this, calling me names and being very rude. I am still waiting to get my deposit back. read full review »
