MDB call centre phoned us on Friday 26 Feb 2010 about a cell Contract we had in 1999, although we did pay off this debt, I don't keep receipts for 11 years. I've faxed (according to the reception there is only 2 fax nr in the whole MDB - they were down for more than 3 hours) and e-mailed ( the first time the receptionast gave me the wrong e-mail addresses) the formal prescription through to them.
