They tell you one thing on the phone and when you follow their instructions exactly they turn around and screw you! First of all I never signed a contract directly with them. They work with other low life security companies like APEX Security that sells you some 75 dollar piece of crap that can be bypassed by a two year old. Then this company dumps all the contracts down to Castle Rock without your knowing or permission!
