I am yet another is a long line of customers who have been abused by US Airways and it’s so call “Customer Service.” I, like many before me, don’t intend to take this abuse lying down. Your so-called, “policies” are arbitrary and unilateral. After all, US Airways reserves the right to cancel, delay or change flights for any reason.
