We both got layed off- moved to city to look for work, living in extended stay facility (motel) tried to cancel under these circumstances, would not let us put us on suspension (how did this help, only prolonged worry) explained to them our situation. They have kept a credit balance of 47.00 INTEREST FREE of ours and now want even more to fully cancel.
