ATT DSL Service sucks - they do not care about helping their customers I had a problem with my DSL Internet connection - they put in touch with a tech support guy - he did some tests and said he'd call back in ten mins - NEVER did - left me without internet for about 5 hours - I call back and ask about it - they transfer me to a different dept that is closed !!! then I find it is actually the DSL filter they sold me that is defective...then they lowered my DSL speed to accmodate the faulty filter and never told me I was on a... read full review »
