Verizon allowed Auto Pilot Profit Sites to bill me $19.99 for the month of December and January without my knowledge or approval. These charges were added to my phone bill. Verizon a practice called cramming.Verizon never notified me by e-mail, phone or post card that changes were made to my account. Verizon claims it is legal and will not help me get back my money.
