I bought two cell phones from best buy (San Antonio) and purchased the black tie protection. I had to file a black tie claim for the phones in December (Watertown) and they replaced them with no problem. They told my wife and I that we had 30 days to test out phones but the cell phone manager Marty said he employees were confused and that they would not honor that.
