Capitol Payment Systems - Processing Company has the highest cancellation fee $ 499.00! We signed with them 3 years ago and when the rates dropped they did not lower our rates. We got a offer from another company then we ask Capitol Payment Systems what they can do. I also ask why they just not automatically change the rates when they lower the rates.
