First of all let me say I recommended Straight Talk to all my friends and family until now. My husband bought a high end Straight Talk Phone (NOKIA E71) It was so complicated he decided to get a different phone. We were going to let my granddaughter have the NOKIA. We have been trying to activate with her old Straight Talk # for a week now to no avail. I have been on the phone with the customer service every day 2 to 3 hours at a time.
