Stay away...we just rented from hem over the holidays. The unit smelled like something was burning and we believe the refrigerator compressor was going. My daughter could not sleep from the loud noise...the blankets were ratty...and they offered no toiletries. They lied about fixing the problem as it was never handled...and refused any level of refund...their behavior was horrible from a customer service perspective. Beware...we would never stay there again...there is a reason they require full prepayment of their properties... read full review »
