I had defaulted on a credit card. I had disputed the charges due to an account secure plus program I was paying for. They sold my disputed account to MRS. I made a deal with them to take payments out of my checking. They took the money out the wrong month, and the wrong day, this caused my normal checks for bills to bounce. Even though I disputed the charges, and called them. It took them 8 days to deposit it back into my account. Two weeks later they did it again. My account is now frozen because I am over $400.00 overdrawn. I also have to pay returned check fees. Do I have a legal suit? read full review »
