10-28-10 Noticed problem with laptop. There were red shadows appearing on the screen. 11-8-10 I called Toshiba Tech Support and they gave me two options: pay to take the unit to a UPS Store to ship unit back or wait for a from Toshiba box to ship the unit for free.
