I purchased this product after careful research and thoroughly reading their website. I had no problems with my purchase and was nothing but hopeful that it would work. I followed instructions carefully regarding trying a test spot on the hip first. It did leave a scar, which I still have today, 3 months later. I emailed "Charlene" photo of scar.
