National Importers/399sectionals.com is a complete scam. I order furniture and after a month never received a shipping number or a courtesy call. When I called the company to ask what was going on I was told three days in a row that my furniture was scheduled to be shipped the next day and that someone would call me. Over the phone for some odd reason they call you "sweetheart" continuously.
