Wil-Build Construction LLC of Hillsboro, MO had failed to complete written special agreements listed within the real estate sales contract. This company has also had there membership revoked with the St. Louis BBB for failure to resolve this issue. If you are currently in or thinking of entering into contract with this company, make sure that all of the work agreed to and in writing is completed before releasing full payment.
